George has spent 14+ years on Front Range jobsites — veneer, hardscape, and country-lot builds — before opening SANTILLAN CONSTRUCTION INC. The corporation is young. The hands on the wall are not.

He still walks every site: measuring, checking drainage, and writing a scope the crew can build. We do not publish a portrait here. The work is the face of the company.

Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Mountain Time. Saturday site visits by appointment.

How we decide

See the wall first

Substrate, flashing, and access change the bid more than the stone sample. We do not quote a full facade from a phone photo.

Write the joints

Where stone meets siding, where a wall meets a patio, where a swale meets a barn — those lines go in the proposal, not as a surprise invoice.

Leave it walkable

Plantings covered, mortar haze cleaned, punch list walked. A pretty wall with a wrecked yard is not finished work.

Based in Denver

SANTILLAN CONSTRUCTION INC is a Colorado corporation with its office in Denver. We work the metro and nearby Front Range cities listed on the home page. Boulder is by request when the drive fits the job.

In Colorado, building contractor licenses are issued by cities and counties, not as a single statewide general-contractor number. SANTILLAN CONSTRUCTION INC does not currently hold a Denver building contractor license, or a building contractor license in the other Front Range cities listed on this Site. We take stone, hardscape, landscape, retaining walls, and drainage as described here. Permits for that work are pulled as the city or county requires and billed as the proposal states.
